The second path: Is
our Targeted Business Search. You must agree, in writing, to
have Dovetail represent you as your Buyer's Representative.
We will then work with you to define your specific business
acquisition criteria. Once we know what type of businesses are
a fit for you, we will develop and execute a targeted campaign
designed to identify and bring forward companies that match your
criteria. In most cases, we are able to identify candidate
companies that match your criteria and are not yet on the
market. There is a distinct advantage to being the only
